Fill n Squeeze – perfect for baby weaning & more!

Another milestone has crept up from no where for Grace and its time to start weaning her onto foods.  Even though I’ve already done this before (5 years ago) am I however always up for trying anything if it makes life a little easier.  So when my friend recommended the Fill n Squeeze I thought I’d give it a go.  This is a really great tool not only for weaning but I can see this coming in really useful for the next few years too! So what’s it all about you ask… its a device that helps you package food you’ve made yourself in reusable pouches.  For me personally its a user…

    Why I loved 2016 & What I’m looking forward to in 2017

The past year has to be one of my favourite years so far which is quite a statement to make, here’s a run down of why I loved 2016 and what I’m looking forward to in 2017, everything from babies, weddings, make up & life goals and even TV Shows! Lets kick things off with why I loved 2016…. Ruby Wedding Anniversary on a Canal Boat

To celebrate mum and dad’s Ruby wedding anniversary, my sister and I arranged for the family to go on a canal boat for the day.  Thanks to my sisters super organisation skills, the day was a real success. Before we knew it, we were heading off on our own and towards Nantwich. I’d never actually been on a canal boat but I was completely taken with it and thanks to the clouds breaking up, the sun started to make our day…

    A Birthday, London & A Ring – what a weekend!

When I was thinking about what I would write in my blog last week for today, I didn’t think I would have this much to say to you all… Let’s start from the beginning… my beautiful gorgeous little boy Charlie, turned 5 years old on Friday.  Waking up early doors there wasn’t time for him to dive into opening presents; instead we headed to the train station for a few days away in London.  We had planned some lovely surprises for him and we were all excited about the next 48 hours. We headed straight to the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington (www.royalgardenhotel.co.uk #royalgardenhotel) where we would be staying the…

Our little lady, half way there…

I can’t believe I’m already half way through my pregnancy, although finding out so early doors, I feel like I’ve been pregnant for a year already! Starting to feel normal again as I had a really rough start – my first pregnancy was a doddle compared to this so I knew deep down I was always having a girl, I can tell she’s going to be a madam, just like her mum 🙂 Reality is starting to sink in and instead of battling with myself on “how will I juggle everything” and “will I cope”, I’ve decided to ignore all of that and take the laid back approach, I simply…
